We invite accomplished entrepreneurs, business leaders, executives, and experienced professionals to join our Faculty as Facilitators or Mentors, helping ambitious early-stage entrepreneurs build resilient, purpose-driven businesses across Africa.

Facilitators
Facilitators deliver practical, interactive sessions that equip participants with the knowledge, frameworks, and tools they need to build and grow successful businesses. Sessions are conducted virtually on weekends and typically last 60 minutes. Depending on your area of expertise, you may facilitate one or two sessions during a cohort.
Mentors
Our mentorship programme is a structured three-month journey designed to provide participants with personalised guidance as they navigate the realities of building a business. Mentors are carefully matched with entrepreneurs based on their industry, experience, and development needs. Mentors typically meet with their mentees two to four times each month. Session schedules are arranged flexibly between mentors and mentees.
What we ask of you
A clear, bounded commitment.
- Facilitators: one or two 60-minute virtual sessions per cohort, on a weekend
- Mentors: a three-month journey, two to four sessions a month
- Sessions scheduled flexibly, around your working life
- Everything delivered online — contribute from anywhere in the world
- Mentees matched to you by industry, experience, and development needs
